Overview

Add £150 per person to your Standard Will, Protection Package, or LPA to include our Premium Plus Upgrade.

It brings together a comprehensive set of popular additional services that add documentation, guided calls, and optional in-person support.

Each client’s priorities are different, and not every feature will be needed by everyone. We’ll help you select the elements that add the most benefit to your situation—everything you choose is included within the same fixed upgrade price.

Pricing clarity
• £150 per person per service type (Will / Protection Package / LPA).
• When both Wills and LPAs are upgraded together, shared elements such as guidance calls and home visits are covered once, with a combined fee of £225 total (instead of £300 if purchased separately).

What’s included

Quality printed originals for storage, printed watermarked copies, and electronic PDF copies of all documents. (£35 each)

Ensures every version of your Will or LPA is clearly marked, stored safely, and ready when needed.

Two Supporting Life & Legacy Logs per person (£15 each / £30 total)

Choose from the Core 7 Logs: Property, Finance (+ Passwords Appendix), Health, Welfare, Attorney Spending, Executor Preparation, and Memories & Stories.

In-person Witnessing Visit (£100 value)

Home or office attendance within 30 miles of our Rugby or Welford offices. Includes one professional witness, with a second available to purchase at 50% discount.

If attendance is required outside the 30-mile radius, mileage is charged at £2 per mile beyond that distance, calculated from CV23 0UQ or NN6 6HN.

All mileage charges are quoted and agreed in advance.

Personal Guidance Calls (unlimited — typically two per person £25 each)

Conversations for executors, attorneys, witnesses, beneficiaries, certificate providers, or anyone supporting your Will or LPA. These clarify roles and responsibilities, answer questions or concerns, and include written clarification of each person’s role with hyperlinks to relevant articles on our website—giving both written and online or telephone guidance for each participant.

Detailed bespoke Letters of Wishes (included within the upgrade — stand-alone value £50)

In addition to all copies provided, you also receive a Word document copy to enable you to make amendments as often as you like, free of charge if required.

Priority Drafting and Scheduling (£75 value)

Moves your matter into the next available drafting slot and offers earlier, priority, or out-of-hours appointments where possible.

Premium Plus for Wills and Protection Packages

All shared features above apply to Wills and Trust clients who choose the upgrade.

Dynamic Commentary & Visual Will Summary (£15 value)

Plain-English companion copy of your Will with a simple flow chart for easy reference.

Premium Plus for Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

Includes all shared features, plus:

Self-certified copies (£70 total value) — one per LPA included (usually Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare). Additional copies available to purchase if required for attorneys.

Certificate Provider / Capacity Recording at Signing (£100 value)

The Certificate Provider is the independent person who confirms that you understand the nature and effect of your LPA and that you are making it voluntarily.

This service includes your Certificate Provider declaration and, if agreed, a basic written Capacity Record at signing.

If a more detailed assessment by a registered nurse is required, we will introduce you to a trusted advisor.

No refunds for work already undertaken are given if donors do not pass the capacity assessment, unless agreed in advance.

Online activation walk-through (£25 value)

Detailed written and video guidance is already available to all clients.

This option adds an online guided walk-through for donors and attorneys.

For legal protection and security, only the donor or attorney may activate the LPA.

Enduring & Lasting Powers of Attorney OPG Search/ and Deed of Revocation (£35 each)

Checks for existing Powers of Attorney and prepares Deeds of Revocation to cancel them, paving the way for newly created and registered LPAs.

This ensures your arrangements remain current and up to date.
