Your Will covers:

• Exclusions or specific instructions for certain beneficiaries
• Simple trust provisions for children or young persons under 25, for example delaying inheritance until a chosen age while allowing access for health, education, or training needs

Transparent fixed fees: £300 individual / £450 couples (Mirror Wills). This covers the standard Will service from the first consultation to final signing.

If genuine concerns arise about testamentary capacity, the Standard Will service may no longer be suitable. Our Enhanced Testamentary Capacity Will Service includes the enhanced review and written report needed before Fern can decide whether it is appropriate to proceed with the Will. The fixed fee is £500, payable in advance before the enhanced appointment.
