The Premium Plus Will Service adds extra convenience, documentation, and reassurance for clients who prefer a little more personal involvement.

What’s included

(Combined standalone value typically around £620 individual / £930 couples — based on services most clients choose to use)

• Dynamic Commentary & Visual Will Summary (£15 value) – a plain-English companion copy of your Will with short explanations and a simple visual flow chart. Provides a clear written reference you can revisit anytime, reinforcing what was already explained during your consultation.
• Two Supporting Life & Legacy Logs per person (£15 each / £30 total) – typically the Property Log, Finance Log, Passwords Log, and Executor Guidance Log. These practical tools help executors and family locate important information quickly and reduce uncertainty later.
• Up to four 15-minute consultations for executors, witnesses, beneficiaries or family (£25 each) – optional conversations explaining each person’s role and addressing any concerns. Discussions may be general or, with your written approval, tailored to your exact wishes. Conducted in accordance with Fern Wills & LPAs confidentiality and GDPR policies.
• Witnessing (attestation) home or office visit (£100 value) – in-person attendance to oversee the legal signing of your Will, providing additional reassurance that all formalities are correctly followed. Includes one professional witness. A second professional witness can be arranged if required (usually £100, offered at a 50% reduction for Premium Plus clients).

All Fern Wills & LPAs clients — regardless of service level — receive written and verbal guidance on how to complete the witnessing process, along with a free accuracy check before storage.

This optional in-person service adds convenience for those preferring attendance within local travel distance (typically within 30 minutes of our offices).
