A curated bundle of our most-requested additions—adding convenience, additional documentation, and personal support where clients want it.
Your core Will, Trust, or LPA service already includes everything required for a complete, bespoke, legally robust result tailored to you.
Enhanced Personal Options go above and beyond — offering additional documentation, practical convenience, and personal support where it genuinely adds value.
Each option is individually priced so you only pay for what you choose.
All costs are fixed, transparent, and can be added at any stage.
Most clients find their core service provides everything they need; these options simply extend flexibility or comfort where useful.

1. Additional in-home or office witnessing visit — £100
Your first in-home or office visit is already included free of charge in your main Will or LPA service if you live within 30 miles of our Rugby or Welford offices.
If you would like an extra visit (for example, a separate signing appointment), the fee for that second visit is £100 and includes one professional witness if required for signing. A second professional witness is available at £50.
For any visit where your home is more than 30 miles from Rugby (CV23 0UQ) or Welford (NN6 6HN), we charge an additional £2 per mile beyond the 30-mile radius, quoted in advance. This applies to both the included first visit and any later chargeable visits.
Offered at our discretion where practical and appropriate.
2. Priority drafting and scheduling — £75
Prioritises your documents for the next available drafting slot and accelerates your usual timetable without compromising quality. Aims to produce drafts within three working days of full instruction (subject to all information provided) and offers earlier or out-of-hours appointments where possible.
Ideal for clients managing travel, hospital or health appointments, urgent family circumstances, separation or relocation, upcoming property transactions, or limited family availability for signing.
3. Personal guidance calls — £25 each (full session)
Quick five-minute introductory calls are always free.
Full guidance calls provide individual support for executors, attorneys, witnesses, beneficiaries, or certificate providers who want detailed help understanding their roles.
Includes written follow-up with links to relevant articles for ongoing reference.
4. Additional watermarked Will and Letter of Wishes copies — £35 per person
Your Will service already includes a printed original and a PDF copy of each Will and any Letter of Wishes.
Clients who use our recommended professional storage service also receive a watermarked reference copy of the Will and Letter of Wishes within their storage pack.
Some clients request additional watermarked reference copies for their executors.
Other clients choose to take the risk of arranging their own storage (for example, in a home fireproof box, with an alternative provider, or sometimes with no safe storage at all). If you are taking this route, additional watermarked copies can help by providing trusted executors with their own reference copy and by keeping a backup set in a separate place.
Please note that there can only ever be one legally valid Will – the original signed with a wet-ink signature. All other copies are for reference and storage convenience only and must not be altered or used in place of the signed original.
5. Letter of Wishes — £50
Adds personal guidance for executors or trustees in your own words.
Private, easy to update, supplied in Word + PDF format with printed copies.
Often used to explain decisions, values, or care preferences.
6. Dynamic Commentary & Visual Will Summary — £15
Plain-English companion copy with a simple flow chart showing how your Will operates in practice — ideal for family discussion or record-keeping.
7. Self-certified copies — £35 each
Your core LPA service already includes the registered original for each LPA plus a PDF copy for your records.
Self-certified copy sets provide extra working copies for attorneys and close family, each clearly marked as a copy and signed in line with Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) requirements.
They are designed for day-to-day use with banks, utilities and care providers, so the signed original can stay safely stored. They are not a substitute for secure storage of the registered original document.
If you also choose professional storage for your LPAs, the originals remain protected while these self-certified copies are used in practice.
8. Capacity record at signing — £100
Independent record confirming understanding and consent under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
If a more detailed assessment by a registered nurse is needed, we can introduce a trusted advisor whose own fees will apply.
9. Online activation walk-through — £25
Adds a guided online session for donors and attorneys to activate the LPA securely when required.
Written and video instructions are already included in our core service; this adds real-time personal support.
10. Enduring / Lasting Power of Attorney OPG Search and Deed of Revocation — £35 per person
Checks for any existing Enduring or Lasting Powers of Attorney and prepares Deeds of Revocation to cancel them, so your new Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) registration reflects your current wishes.
11. Land Registry services
Support with official Land Registry updates linked to Trust or property arrangements, including:
• Title Deed copy and search — £15
• Mutual severance of joint tenancy (e.g. 50:50 / 70:30) — £100
• Unilateral severance — £150
• Register death of joint proprietor — £100
Severance of joint tenancy explained – many couples or co-owners hold property as beneficial joint tenants, meaning the survivor automatically inherits the other’s share.
Converting this to tenants in common (50–50 etc.) ensures each person controls where their share passes under their own Will. This is a key first step when setting up Property Protection or Life Interest Trusts.
All Trust packages already include any necessary Land Registry updates at no additional cost; these fees apply only for stand-alone requests.
12. Practical planning logs — £7.50 per PDF or £15 printed each
Available for Wills, Trusts, LPAs and all legacy-planning clients.
Property Log – records ownership, insurance, utilities and maintenance.
Finance Log – tracks accounts, savings, pensions and investments.
Passwords & Codes Appendix – secure record of key access credentials.
Health Log – notes medication, appointments and key professionals.
Welfare Log – records wishes on daily living and care preferences.
Attorney Spending Log – helps attorneys track expenditure clearly.
